チームゲストパッケージ申込条件 / Team Guest Package Application Terms
- 申込書とゲストパッケージ代金のご入金を確認させていただいたのち、正式に該当のレーシングチームに対して発注差し上げます。
After confirming the receipt of the completed application form and the full payment for the guest package, we will officially place the order with the respective racing team.
- 弊社から空き状況のお知らせと請求書を送付差し上げた時点から実際に申込書とご入金の確認をさせていただき正式な発注をレーシングチームに掛ける間にパスの空きが無くなってしまう場合もございます。その様な可能性がございます事もご理解願います。またその際はいただいたパス代金は速やかにご返金差し上げます。
Please be aware that even after we notify you of availability and send you the invoice, there may be instances where the passes become unavailable during the time it takes to confirm your application and payment and to officially place the order with the racing team. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter. In such cases, the full amount paid for the pass will be promptly refunded.
- チームゲストパッケージの運営は原則として英語での運営となりますのでその旨予めご理解願います。
Please note that the operation of the Team Guest Package is primarily conducted in English.
- チームから提供されるのはゲストパスのみでスタンド券は提供されません。通常ゲストパスで観戦可能なのは自由席エリアのみです。
またサーキットによってはスタンド券を追加でご購入いただかないと観戦エリアが著しく制限される場合がございますことを予めご了承願います。
The racing team will only provide a guest pass; no grandstand ticket is included. Typically, guest passes allow access to general admission areas only.
Depending on the circuit, access to viewing areas may be significantly restricted unless an additional grandstand ticket is purchased.
- レース開始の2週間前から5日程前を目途に皆様にお知らせいただいたメールアドレス宛にドルナ社（又はチーム）からメールが届きます。そちらを開き簡単な登録と手続きを済ませるとゲストパスとなるQRコードを入手することができます。取得方法に自信が無い方、トラブルが発生してうまく受け取れない方はサポートいたしますのでお気軽にお申し付け下さい。
Approximately two weeks to five days before the race, you will receive an email from Dorna (or the team) at the email address you provided. By opening the email and completing a simple registration process, you will be able to obtain a QR code that serves as your guest pass. If you are unsure about how to obtain the QR code or encounter any issues, please feel free to contact us for assistance.
- レーシングチームがが予告無く料金やサービス内容を変更する場合がございます。その際は時期に関わらず該当のレーシングチームの変更に準ずる形で料金、サービス内容を修正させていただきますことを予めご了承ください。
Racing teams may change the pricing or service content without prior notice. In such cases, regardless of the timing, the price and service content will be adjusted in accordance with the changes made by the respective racing team.
- 正式なお申込み後の払い戻しは承ることができません。
Refunds cannot be issued after the official application has been submitted.
