- お申込みについて / Booking
お申込書および参加代金のご入金を弊社にて確認後、必要なパス・サービス等の正式な手配を行います。
弊社から空き状況をご案内した後でも、正式な手配完了までの間にパス等が完売または手配不能となる場合があります。その場合は速やかにお知らせし、代替内容をご提供できない場合は該当代金を全額返金いたします。
After receiving your completed application form and full payment, we will proceed with the official arrangements for the required passes and services.
Please note that availability may change before the arrangements are finalized. If we are unable to secure the required arrangements and cannot provide a suitable alternative, the applicable amount paid will be fully refunded.
- プログラム内容の変更 / Changes to the Program
本プログラムには、レーシングチーム、MotoGP関係者、サーキット、レース関連企業等の協力による特別プログラムが含まれる場合があります。
レース運営、チーム事情、関係者の都合、安全上の理由その他の事情により、予定されている内容、時間、訪問先等が予告なく変更または中止となる場合があります。
特定のライダー・チーム関係者との面会、写真撮影、サイン、特定施設への訪問等を確約するものではありません。
Special activities may be provided with the cooperation of racing teams, MotoGP personnel, circuits and motorsport-related companies.
Activities, schedules or visits may be changed or cancelled without prior notice due to race operations, team circumstances, availability of personnel, safety considerations or other circumstances.
Meetings, photographs or autographs with specific riders or team personnel, as well as access to specific facilities, cannot be guaranteed.
- パス・アクセスについて / Passes and Access
ゲストパス、パドックその他関係者エリアへのアクセスは、MotoGP主催者、レーシングチーム、サーキット等が定める条件に従います。アクセス可能なエリアや時間等は変更される場合があります。
パスは原則として登録されたご本人様のみ有効で、第三者への譲渡・貸与・転売はできません。
パスの発行にあたり、事前にDorna、レーシングチーム等から送信されるメールを通じて登録手続きが必要となる場合があります。必要に応じて弊社にて取得をサポートいたします。
Guest passes and access to the paddock or other restricted areas are subject to the conditions established by the MotoGP organiser, racing teams and circuits. Permitted areas and access times may be changed.
Passes are generally valid only for the registered participant and may not be transferred, lent or resold.
Advance registration through an email sent by Dorna, a racing team or another authorised party may be required. We will provide assistance where necessary.
- 当日の運営・服装について / On-site Operation and Clothing
MotoGPの国際的な運営環境上、一部のプログラムや関係者とのコミュニケーションは英語で行われます。
パドック、ピット、ガレージその他の関係者エリアでは、主催者、レーシングチーム、サーキットおよび弊社スタッフの指示に従ってください。
レーシングチームやレース関連企業等を訪問する際は、訪問先またはそのスポンサーと競合関係にあるメーカー・ブランドのロゴが目立つ衣類、帽子、バッグ等の着用・使用はご遠慮ください。必要に応じて弊社スタッフより当日の服装等についてお願いする場合があります。
Certain activities and communications may be conducted in English due to the international nature of MotoGP.
Participants must follow the instructions of the organiser, racing teams, circuit personnel and our staff while in the paddock, pits, garages or other restricted areas.
When visiting racing teams or motorsport-related companies, please refrain from wearing or carrying items prominently displaying brands that directly compete with the host or its sponsors. Our staff may provide specific guidance where necessary.
- 主催者・チーム等による変更 / Changes Beyond Our Control
MotoGP主催者、レーシングチーム、サーキットその他の関係者が、料金、サービス内容、アクセス条件、レーススケジュール等を変更する場合があります。
また、天候、事故、自然災害、安全上の問題、行政機関の指示その他弊社の管理が及ばない事情により、大会または本プログラムの全部もしくは一部が変更・延期・中止となる場合があります。
その場合の変更、振替または返金については、各サービス提供者から弊社に対して実際に認められる条件を基準として対応いたします。
The MotoGP organiser, racing teams, circuits and other relevant parties may change pricing, services, access conditions or race schedules.
The event or program may also be changed, postponed or cancelled in whole or in part due to weather, accidents, natural disasters, safety concerns, government instructions or other circumstances beyond our control.
Any modification, rescheduling or refund will be handled based on the conditions and refunds actually made available to us by the relevant service providers.
- キャンセルおよび本条件への同意 / Cancellation and Acceptance
正式なお申込み成立後のお客様都合によるキャンセルについては、原則として参加代金の払い戻しを承ることができません。
本プログラムへのお申込みをもって、本申込条件および各大会ごとにご案内する個別条件に同意いただいたものとします。
As a general rule, payments are non-refundable once the booking has been officially confirmed.
By applying for MotoGP Executive Experience, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions and any event-specific conditions provided separately.
